Fryer Cleaner Boil Out

CPAK FRYER CLEANER BOIL OUT is for cleaning fryers and vats made out of cast iron, hot or cold rolled steels and copper. NOT SAFE on aluminum, zinc, tin or galvanized metals.

  • Directions for Use:

    Before using this compound, all exposed food products
    and packaging materials must be removed from the room or protected. After using this compound and before grease is added, deep fat fryers and food preparation vats must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water so that no residues of the compound remain.
    Not for use on aluminum, zinc,, tin or galvanized metals. Dissolve 1/4 to 1/2 ounce of compound per gallon of water for routine cleaning and up to 1 ounce of compound per gallon of water for heavily soiled fryers or vats. Boil solution at 200°F to 212°F for 30 minutes. Using rubber gloves, scrub top and sides with long handled pot brush. Drain slowly, scrubbing sides, and heating element to remove carbon.

  • Precautions

    PRECAUTIONS: Container is hazardous when empty. Since empty container retains product residue (vapor or liquid) all labeled hazard precautions MUST BE OBSERVED. Contents: Sodium Hydroxide, surfactants, emulsifiers, wetting agents.

    FIRST AID & ANTIDOTES: Product and solution cause severe burns to eyes, skin and clothes. For eye contact, flush promptly with water for 15 minutes. Seek immediate medical attention. For skin contact wash skin with soap and plenty of cool water. Remove any contaminated clothing. Treat as for thermal burns. If irritation persists, seek physician. If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting. Give at least 1 ounce of vinegar in equal amount of water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Seek prompt medical
    attention. CORROSIVE - Severely burn and damages eyes, skin, respiratory system and digestive system.
